Fiksuimmatkaan työkalut eivät kuitenkaan tee noviiseista asiantuntijoita, mutta niiden käyttäminen voi olla hyvin avartava kokemus: ”For developers who rarely get to see people using their software, any opportunity to observe users is likely to provide valuable insight.
